The sale of Ivory and Ivory Art Pieces are highly regulated and enforced fiercely in every jurisdiction. The last thing anyone wants is poaching to occur or be supported in anyway! All our items are in excess of 100 years old and come with documents to verify their age from certified organizations such as NOAA. We take great pride in offering these unique and rare items, but complete adherence to ALL laws is of utmost importance to us in ALL situations. That being said, with proper paperwork & permits these items can indeed be legally obtained.

Permits are a necessary component of our business, over the past quarter century we have forged not only a long lasting track record, but also firm relationships with the various governing bodies. Essentially, (with rare exception) if an item belonged to any animal, a permit, in some form is required. What exactly depends on several factors but mainly, the age of the item, the species, & the area you live. We are experts in knowing what is required and will walk you through the process in every step of the way. We take great care of our clients and submit all required permit(s) applications, so you don't have to worry about a thing! The most popular permits we apply for are MMT's (Marine Mammal Transport Permits), CITES, & NOAA Letter of Determination. Depending on your location and the species of the animal, other permits MAY or MAY NOT be required. The devil is always in the details. Normally, permits take 30-90 days to complete.
